Single point automatic lubricators from ATS use an electro-chemical reactor cell that converts electrical energy into safe, inert nitrogen gas. The gas is contained in a hermetically sealed bellow-type gas chamber. As the gas is produced, internal pressure builds up in the bellows and is applied against a piston. The piston then forces the lubricant out of the cylinder and into the point of lubrication.
ATS Electro-Lube is a recognized leader in the design of multi-point automatic lubricators needed in a wide range of industrial lubrication applications. These durable Electro-Lube units can reach pressures as high as 2000 PSI, making it possible to service up to 12 lubrication points from a single lubricator, making them suitable for large facilities. All ATS Electro-Lube Ultimate Luber, Titan Luber, and Titan Oiler lubricatiors are capable of functioning as multi-point lubricators.
